
Administration Officer

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring compliance with government and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative duties and office coordination
Prepare and process documentation for Identity Malta and Jobsplus
Maintain staff records and support onboarding processes
Manage emails, filing, and internal communication
Assist in policy documentation and procedural compliance
Support other departments with clerical tasks
Qualifications
Requirements:
Prior experience in administration or office coordination
Good knowledge of Identity Malta and Jobsplus procedures is highly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office [Word, Excel, Outlook]
Excellent communication in English
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
An Asset:
Experience or understanding of fleet management
