Are you a natural leader with strong organisational and customer service skills? Sicily By Car – Luqa is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: €10 per hour plus commission on walk-in bookings, extra sales, and positive customer reviews

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental branch
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, prepared, and ready for each customer
• Supervise and support rental agents to ensure top-level customer assistance
• Handle walk-in customers, solve issues, and follow up on service quality
• Monitor and improve team performance, customer satisfaction, and overall workflow
• Ensure accurate reporting, stock control, and documentation

Requirements:
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (car rental or hospitality is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Computer literate with basic administrative know-how
• Reliable, responsible, and service-driven
