Full time Junior Draftsperson position in GOZO, M

We are seeking a Junior Draftsperson to join our team in Gozo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a professional architectural environment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Good organizational skills within an office environment

Basic knowledge of on-site measurements and documentation

Knowledge of local Planning Authority policies and procedures will be considered an asset, though training will be provided

We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.

Qualifications

At least 1-year of work experience in a similar position in Malta.

Main duties / Responsibilities:
• Drafting of drawings for Planning applications (in Auto-Cad);
•Assisting architect with daily tasks
• 3D Illustration and presentations (in Photoshop, Sketchup) - considered a bonus;
• Gathering information about sites; including surveying of buildings and photographic analysis and documentation;
• Addressing, communicating with, and preparing information as required from The Planning Authority and other entities on projects;
• Extracting information from GEO- SERVER and the Planning Authority website;
• Running office-related errands as required;
• Site visits on projects
