Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar

Serve meals and beverages efficiently and with a smile

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns

Clear and reset tables promptly

Process payments and issue receipts

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Requirements:

Previous experience in food service is a plus, but not required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

A team player with a positive attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol (if applicable)
