Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, floors, and equipment

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware

Assist with basic food preparation (e.g., peeling, chopping) when needed

Receive and organize deliveries and stock supplies

Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards

Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods

Qualifications

Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen

Good time management and organizational skills

Willingness to follow health and safety regulations

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

No formal qualifications required—just a great attitude and willingness to learn
