This Maltese themed bar and restaurant is seeking to employ a hostess who will be responsible for reservation management, guest greeting and seating, providing information, manage the waitlist, coordinate with staff, support front-of-house, take phone calls and respond to electronic mail and messages to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

The successful restaurant hostess needs a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, and some experience in hospitality is preferred.
