Community Nurses (Full-Time / Part-Time)

• To work as part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team of professionals;
• To assess, plan and implement individualised patient care plans;
• To maintain appropriate and updated records of all sessions;
• To liaise with and refer to other professionals or agencies when necessary;
• To attend and take part in interdisciplinary team meetings;
• To promote awareness of palliative care;

Qualifications

• A recognized nursing qualification and a valid warrant from the Maltese Nursing and Midwifery Board.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ work experience as a registered nurse.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• A valid driving licence.
