The Ice Cream Shop Attendant's role is to ensure that every customer is served in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. This includes greeting customers as they enter the outlet to immediately start processing customer orders through the POS system and fulfilling customer orders, which include making ice cream rolls, preparing bubble waffles, milkshakes, smoothies, coffees, and any other items from the menu.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

-communicates with guests to accept the orders
-preppers customer food and beverages order
-provides outstanding customer service and engages in suggestive selling
-maintains equipment, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots breakdowns and/or capps for repairs
-performs a cash-handling function, including a point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting
-ensure the outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanness, presentation, and service
-assists in other outlets
-taking part in events
