About the position
As a Coffee Machine Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of coffee equipment. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines, grinders and other service equipment. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be able to apply your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to make a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities
1. Installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of coffee, espresso, brewers, grinders, blenders, and other service equipment.
2. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
3. Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
4. Maintain required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment.
5. Maintain the work area, warehouse and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
6. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.

Qualifications

Requirements

1. Technical knowledge about the coffee machines
2. Strong mechanical aptitude with logic and reasoning skills.
3. Good communication and customer service skills.
4. Experience fixing commercial coffee machines.
5. Ability to work independently and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
6. Valid driving license is required.
