
Assistant accountant

Assist the accountant department at Alta Care Laboratoires. The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, management accounts and backup to the accounts payable function.
Responsibilities
Maintain the general ledger by processing all company invoices, payments, and purchases
Review and verify the accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes
Summarize and prepare financial records and statements for external reporting
Assisting the accounts department and the financial controller
Qualifications
3+ years of accounting experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Qualifications
Previous experience in Malta or overseas will be considered as an asset.
Knowledge of Sage.
