Shop Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Shop Manager to take full care of a small jewellery shop.

This position includes everything from managing sales to ordering products from suppliers. You will be in charge of all daily tasks and making sure the shop runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage daily shop operations independently.

Communicate with suppliers and handle product orders.

Organize transport and paperwork for products from abroad.

Take care of sales and provide friendly customer service.

Track stock levels and restock when needed.

Keep the shop clean, tidy, and well presented.

Help grow the business and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

Experience in customer support or sales support (any sector fine).

Good English communication skills. Turkish would be a bonus for dealing with suppliers.

Able to work independently and take initiative.

Honest, organized, and customer-focused.
