We are looking for someone who has, or would like a more flexible lifestyle. Job is mostly remote, but requires you to be available to go on location should the need arise. This role is ideal for self-driven & motivated individuals who prefer a more flexible schedule, without the requirement to go to an office every day. This part-time role is ideal for freelancers, real-estate agents, self-employed, or ones who have a main job which already allows them some flexibility.

SUMMARY

*ROLE*: Guests & Property Manager for short-term rentals (Part-Time)
*TOTAL HOURS*: 5 - 20 hours per week (No fixed time or office hours, hours depend on amount of units being managed)
*LOCATION*: Must be based physically in Gozo.Role is flexible and mostly remote. However, it requires you to be flexible and available to physically visit properties from time to time.
*SALARY*: €250 and may increase with time

Qualifications
- Speak fluent English. Ability to speak Maltese is a plus
- People's person
- Ability to take ownership of tasks
- Have your own transport
- No experience necessary, however experience in real estate / property management is a plus
