Future Habitats Ltd., distributor for Legrand, BTicino, Somfy, Evoline, Schulte and a number of other brands is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to assist our engineers and installers in carrying out electrical and plumbing installations based on schematic diagrams & drawings.

The candidate will be trained in many different areas including fiber network installations, automation systems, power distribution panel building, cable management solutions, electrical busbar solutions, motorised window dressing, security and safety systems, fusion pipe solutions and many other skills.

Performance appraisals will be carried out every year and salary increase depends on the candidates accomplishments.

Qualifications

• The candidates must be capable of installing cable trays, cable baskets and other electrical containment.
• Strip insulation from wire ends, using wire stripping pliers, and attach wires to terminals.
• Install actuators and sensors required for BMS systems.
• Examine electrical devices for loose connections, broken insulation and tighten connections, using hand tools.
• Assemble panels, using power drills, drill presses, taps, saws and punches.
• Trace out short circuits in wiring, using test meter.
