59 Republic is a fine dining restaurant situated in Valletta and is recruiting the following position.

Basic Duties: Maintains cleanliness of all aspects of restaurant function. Washes dishes, pots and pans, and glasses in a timely manner. Maintains organization of kitchen utensils and equipment.

Effectively and thoroughly washes all dirty dishes, pots and pans, and utensils.
Ensures quality of cleanliness.
Ensures that enough clean items are available for service.
Cleans, stocks, and maintains the workstations throughout shift.
Follows all safety and sanitation policies
Sweep and mop at end of shift.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested by a manager at any time.

Skills:

Good ability for the English language
Good personal hyenine
Ability to take direction with a good attitude
Ability to work in a team environment and work calmly under pressure.
Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Some heavy lifting required of gas tanks and boxes of wines

All employees are expected to comply with all company policies and procedures and must be presently residing in Malta with valid permit to work. Only applicants accepted with valid work permit. A very high level of tips is available and attractive salary.
