We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee all front desk operations at our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient check-in/check-out procedures, manage front office staff, and uphold exceptional guest service standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily front desk activities, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, managing reservations, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front desk staff
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
Monitor room availability and rates
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front office or guest service role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
