Customer Service: Greet customers and assist them with their needs, both in person and over the phone.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems and keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Transaction Processing: Process payments, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Inventory Management: Restock office supplies and manage inventory.
Communication: Respond to phone calls and emails, providing information and addressing inquiries.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to business licensing and permits.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is beneficial.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in business administration are a plus.
Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., in office administration) are advantageous
