New Style Beauty Studio is a modern and stylish beauty salon dedicated to providing top-quality services in a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients with appointments and inquiries
• Answer phone calls and manage bookings
• Provide information about our services and products
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Handle administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Fluent in English, German, and Serbian (spoken and written)
• Friendly, professional, and well-presented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• No previous experience required – training provided!
Bonus Skills:
• Office management experience or skills are a plus!
• Proficiency in using office software
