Summary of Functions: The job incumbent is responsible for the assembly, packing, reconciliating and documenting in-flight bars’ contents. Responsible for meeting required safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Aid and assist in the daily duties and requirements of the department.
• Load materials and products into the provided equipment
• Record product, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Remove defective products or materials.
• Maintain a high level of product quality and performance in his/her work,
• Carry out work as instructed or directed by superiors
• Maintain a high level of efficiency in the performance of his/her duties.
• Observe all company rules and regulations,
• Carrying out work safely and responsibly,
• Provides direction for all day-to-day operations.
• Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

• Ensure that the area within his/her responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed

Food Safety Requirements/Responsibilities:
• Must be in possession of a valid food Handling License (A).
• Observe and follow hygiene, health and safety standards and monitors that Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) regulations are observed by all at all times.
• Monitor to ensure that all traceability sheets are filled in correctly.
• Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Quality Standard (GQS), HACCP, Lean Manufacturing.
Organizational Relationships:
• Reports to the Bars Supervisor/Operations Manager.
Work Environment:
• Ability to work in a Cold temperature environment.
• Activities include extended periods of standing.
• Inter-relationships with co-workers.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Good command of written and spoken English and numerical skills.
• Exercise good control, co-ordination and communication with other employees.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and other co-workers, both individually and collectively.
• Standing up for extended periods.
• Good manual skill for the use of common office equipment, such as computers, calculators, copiers and scanners.
• Adequate aptitude to solve a wide range of operational problems.
