Accounts Executive
B&B Construction Ltd.
• Utilize accounting software to create and manage spreadsheets and reports.
• Draft summary reports on key issues for executive review.
• Present accounting issues and results to the Finance Manager.
• Verify the accuracy of purchase invoices.
• Prepare payments to suppliers for authorization.
• Handle receipts and deposits.
• Post transactions into the accounting system on a daily basis.
• Maintain an organized database of clients and suppliers.
• Monitor bank accounts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with the year-end audit.
• Support the finance department as required.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as an Account Executive.
Prior experience in credit control is advantageous.
Applicants must be resident in Malta.
