• Meet and greet personnel visiting our offices.
• General office duties, including inputting of data, filing as well as organising incoming and outgoing couriers.
• Maintaining records of various stocks and inventories also ordering stock when necessary.
• Keep up offices and board room well organised.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
• Previous experience in an Accounts related post would be considered an asset.
• Educated at diploma or advanced level.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English languages.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word / Excel / Outlook) - preferably in possession of ECDL certification.
• Must be a highly organised individual and can work on own initiative.
• A clean driving license.
• Part-Time: 20hrs a week across Monday – Friday.
