Sales Executive

VH Marketing/Vaporsun Malta

The position entails and requires, a confident and assertive sales exec, to successfully introduce the company's products in various retail shops all over Malta and Gozo. For clarity's sake, our products are able to be sold in practically all retail shops all over the Maltese Islands, therefore, as a business model, the company delivers the products in each outlet who agrees to work with us as a partner, totally risk free as we offer both on credit as well as consignment basis, therefore our Sales Exec, does NOT need to immediately SELL our products to each outlet, but simply to bring on board the said outlet onto our network and simply AGREE to sell our products in his or her outlet on consignment or credit basis, and our Head office will take care of all other issues such as delivery as well as collection of payment further down the line.
Therefore, this sales executive would essentially be in charge of expanding our already existing retail network all over the Maltese islands, and Delivery of the goods themselves and other logistical issues will be taken care of by our logistics dept, to leave the relevant Sales Exec more time and flexibilty to concentrate solely on the expansion of the brand itself.

Qualifications

Sales Experience is obviously regarded as being a plus, however it is NOT a requirement, as training will be provided.

What IS a requirement are the following points :

1) Successful candidate must posses and/or own a roadworthy vehicle.
2) A satisfactory level of both understanding as well as a speaking level of the English Language. Knowledge of Maltese is a plus.
3) clean police conduct certificate
4) A pleasant and positive attitude and demeanour.
5) A will to take the initiative and a constantly ambitious determined spirit to succeed.

All support and training will be provided to the successful applicant. The position is one a part-time basis, and NO FIXED HOURS therefore the successful candidate will be able to work during the hours he/she prefers, as long as company targets are met. (These are very reasonable). Additionally the successful candidate will be offered a BASE monthly salary, all fuel and phone expenses will be paid by the company and a very attractive commission basis according to successful outlets the candidate brings on board with the company. Therefore the Sales Exec can make as much as he/she wants, during their own time and will always have a base salary monthly guaranteed as well as expenses, which will be covered by the company.
