FULLSCREEN ONLINE MARKETING LTD is an affiliate marketing company, which provides solutions and consulting for the marketing of online products. The company has a considerable Turkish customer base and therefore website material and interactions with clients have to be made in Turkish.
We are looking for a young, energic Customer Support Agent who will provide support to our customers with various questions over the phone, in chat, and by email. As a customer support agent, you will be working closely with departments to solve queries from the customer and no day is usually the same as the other.
Your responsibilities will include,
* Answering customers` inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
*Providing customer support on financial, technical, and any applicable issues related to the customer support department.
*Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to solve problems regarding the customer support department.
*Working together with the Payments/Fraud department to manage customers' withdrawals.
*Working together with the Tech department to solve problems improve the system and give the customers a better service.
*Assist the Marketing department/Country Manager with local promotions and be updated on activities in the local market.
*Understand and follow procedures for the Customer Support department and report any aberration to the closest manager.

Qualifications
*Minimum 2 years previous experience in customer service and marketing department.
*Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken Turkish and English, other languages considered as a plus.
*Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
*Qualification for Economy or International Trade
*Experience with WordPress and Zendesk Chat Software
*Typing speed 90 words / in a minute
