Sommelier/Wine waiter

We are looking for a new member to join the food and beverage team with a special focus on wine service.
The job requires to:
be able to serve wine and other beverages to guests
be able to recommend beverages to food items
assist bar team with preparation of drinks and service
assist station waiter with service

Qualifications

Qualification in WSET course or experience in an ala carte environment is considered and asset
Understanding and speaking in English is a must
Able to communicate in Maltese and/or other languages is considered an asset
