- Communication with clients and suppliers

· Periodic communication with clients and relaying this information to respective account representative

· Supplier and product knowledge

· Ensuring online folders and contacts are up to date

· Liaising with shipping companies to organise logistics and freight for supplier orders

· Follow up with the business department on quotations and orders

Qualifications

Minimum O-level standard of education;

excellent organisation, communication and office skills; multitasking capability; computer literate; English and Maltese languages.
