CRM Optimove Account - Manager


Duties & Responsibilities:

? Be the link between the business and Optimove, making sure that we are up to date with all
the features they offer, maintaining a good relationship between the two parties.
? Be an advocate and supporter for internal stakeholder to deliver a holistic CRM solution that
solves their business problems and accelerates the business forward
? Clearly articulate product decisions to users, the product team, internal stakeholders, and
? Work closely with the product owner and project managers to deliver CRM product
? Develop an ongoing training, implementation and communications plan to drive consistent
and effective use and understanding of the CRM across teams.
? Manage integrations between the CRM and other marketing, sales, production and finance
? Oversee the CRM steering group and regular stakeholder meetings to ensure that knowledge
is shared amongst different departments. Work with the senior leadership team to maximise
value derived from the CRM.
? Business Needs - Understand how internal and external users interact with the CRM and the
value they gain from it. Identify and document product fixes, modifications, and new features
that are requested or observed as needed or wanted.
? CRM Operations Team Partnership - Collaborate with the CRM operations staff to define,
design, accept, adapt and roll out features for their benefit. Ensure new features are
supportable and maintainable by the CRM operations staff.



1. Previous experience building CRM strategies, working with platforms such as Optimove,
SilverPop, Xtremepush, alongside excellent technical knowledge of CRM implementation.
2. Product management skills: developing, managing and prioritising a roadmap and backlog,
taking into account competing business needs.
3. Have successfully used, implemented, managed, and/or built an enterprise CRM solution,
preferably Optimove
4. Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization
5. Work well under pressure and know how to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
6. Are passionate about customer success and delivering exceptional results
7. Experience working in various global regulated gaming markets.
8. Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
10.Initiating new and innovative ideas.
