Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Drivers are Middlesea Assist’s forefront employees. Even though Drivers are not expected to discuss terms & conditions with clients, they are the company’s frontmen and so must be worthy of our standards and our image. The duty of our drivers is to deliver roadside assistance services as instructed by the contact centre with punctuality and professionalism according to the company’s procedures, report to the services team leader, and maintain the company’s assets at the best of their condition.

With premises in Qormi, Middlesea Assist is a joint venture between MAPFRE Middlesea, Malta’s leading insurer and Mawdy, a global assistance company. Middlesea Assist specializes in the provision of various assistance services and a range of extended and accidental warranty products.

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills:

• Speak fluent Maltese and English
• Be available to work mornings and afternoons on rotation up till 10 pm
• Available to occasionally fill in for the absence of other drivers
• Hold a valid CE or C1E license (Any truck heavier than 3.5T with Heavy Trailer)
• The following are considered as assets:
• Hold a valid A license (Motorcycles), or be willing to sit for lessons and obtain it during probation
• Experience as a mechanic or technician, experience in roadside assistance or any other relevant experience
