Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the company’s financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Handle tax-related matters and ensure adherence to relevant tax regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Utilize various accounting software to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in an office-based accounting role.
Proficiency in using different accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.).
Ideally, have started the ACCA qualification or equivalent accounting certifications.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and reporting (preferably).
Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
