
Office Administrator
AGV GROUP MALTA
We are currently looking for a dedicated and flexible Office Administrator to work over 2 departments.
Tender Department:
- Identify new tenders
- Preparation of all tender paperwork.
- Oversee the completion of all paperwork required in the correct timeframe & uploading all documents on the portal.
- Monitoring deadlines.
- Checking evaluation and results.
Payroll:
- Gathering and examining timesheets.
- Data inputting.
- Fulfilling other clerical roles.
Qualifications
Experience in the above roles would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
