We are currently seeking a Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary at Gelati Mezzan Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing comprehensive support to our management team and maintaining a well-organized office environment.
Your duties as Secretary will be as follows, (the below-mentioned list is not exhaustive)
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments, and meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Maintain an orderly and tidy office space, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Oversee filing systems and document organization for easy retrieval.
- Assist in coordinating office equipment maintenance and repairs
-Act as a point of contact between management and other staff members.
-Relay messages and information promptly and professionally.
-Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes as required.
-Ensure meeting rooms are set up with necessary equipment and supplies.
-Provide general administrative support as needed to various departments.
-Assist in special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Vocational training is an asset
-High school diploma or equivalent;
-additional education or certification in office administration/secretarial is a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
-Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
