Administration Clerk

Coleiro General Sales Ltd.

Due to continuous expansion, we are recruiting an
Administration Clerk.
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, the chosen applicant will be responsible, but not limited to, inputting foreign and local purchases, filing and upkeep of all the company documentation, liaising with the storekeepers and upkeeping of stock levels, organizing deliveries and reconciliating cash with the delivery persons.

Qualifications

Applicants must be:
Fluent in Maltese and English Languages
Computer literate
Proficient in the use of MS Office especially in Excel
Good knowledge of Indigo Payroll
Knowledge of Customs Declarations
Team player
Well organized
Able to work in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated and work under pressure.
Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset.
Knowledge of Shireburn System and accounts are considered as important assets.
