A well known company, selling top electrical brands and white goods requires an experienced person to Assist their Retail Manager

Responsibilities
Assisting with execution of daily sales
Assisting with daily shop running
Maintaining and executing website sales
Standing in for shop manager when on leave
Preparing roster for sales personnel and managing their leave
Customer care detail post purchase
Resolving of delivery issue details
Up keeping the shop including pricing goods on display
Generally ensuring the smooth running of the outlet to optimise sales

Qualifications

Very computer literate
Previous experience in a similar position
Exceptional customer care and sales skills
Ability to multitask
Good organisational and people skills
Fluent English and Maltese are essential for this role
