We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Head Baker at Ta' Kalc Bakery as the Assistant to the Head Baker.

To assist the Head Baker in preparing a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in all baked products.
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately.
To ensure the cleanliness and overall organization of the bakery area
Ordering and stocking supplies and inventory management
Collaboration with the team to meet production schedules, supply demands, as well as needs of the customer
