Maintenance Person to work at a 107 room 3 star Aparthotel in Xemxija, responding to the Head of Maintenance. To perform repairs, does basic plumbing, electrical work and keeping the property in good repair.
Including pool maintenance and cleaning, legionella compliance and helping the team with the general operation.
Preventive maintenance keeps our property running smoothly, increase overall guest satisfaction and cuts down on large expenditure.

Qualifications

Basic education.
Experience in a similar position is essential.
