
RESERVATIONS & GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

Porto Azzurro Aparthotel s looking to recruit a Reservations Manager, who will be responsible for all activities relevant to Reservations including assisting with enquiries and bookings, liaising with key departments, establishing strong relationships with our clients, and displaying exceptional phone and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
• Cross-checking & updating all new reservations, and addressing daily cancellations and no shows
• Ensuring daily reservations and group enquiries are followed up in a timely manner
• Administering timeshare reservations and management fees
• Keeping proper guest relations
• Administering queries and bookings of shuttle transport & taxis
• Controlling rooms/apartments inventory on channel manager
• Loading and maintaining rates
• Checking OTAs and transport invoices
• Updating TO & OTA daily commissions
Qualifications
Requirements
• Previous experience in a Reservations/Front Office role
• Comprehensive understanding of hotel systems
• The ability to manage time efficiently with competing deadlines
• Experience using the Microsoft Office
