Assistant Manager (Restaurant)

Client operates two restaurants in the South of Malta and currently, we are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible to monitor all the daily tasks, training and managing staff, serving customers, managing bookings, preparing the roster and scheduling of staff, preparing and submitting orders and managing customer feedback.

Qualifications

The potential candidate should be fluent in English and has excellent interpersonal skills enabling positive and friendly communication with customers, management, and the rest of the team. Additionally, the candidate should have a proactive approach and is able to work under pressure.

Experience in a similar post will be considered an asset.
