CHEF DE PARTIE
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the position of Chef de Partie. Must have a good knowledge of ingredients and sauces. Need to know how to follow recipes and sops. English is a must but knowledge of other languages like Italian and French would be prioritized. Candidate must be punctual, smart and must be a good team player.

• Prepare and present dishes on the restaurant menus according to the franchise standards
• Ensure the mise en place is carried out in the allocated section the chef assigns the employee.
• The employee must be fully aware of all preparation needed for the service to manage to serve all dishes on the menu.
• Maintain portion control in line with the franchise guidelines in order to ensure the food cost is observe food safety regulations and requirements.
• Ensure that all security and control procedures laid down are strictly adhered to.
• Assist with various cleaning duties as required.

Full Time indefinite Contract
Monthly Gross Salary €1400 - €1600
