SURVEYOR

HAS CONSTRUCTION LIMITED

We are looking for 3 analytical surveyors to conduct land survveys and perform mathematical Calculations with a high level of sccuracy. Your masurements and calculations will be used for various cormruction and enginering projects in order to aid the decision making and disign process.

To be successful as a surveyor you must be able to undertake detailed research that involves examining historical property records and maps to determine the legal boondaries of section of land or propeity.

Estimating Cost of Works
Procurement advice
Preparation of Bill of Quantities
Cost analysis for project works
Assisting in understanding client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
Performing value management and cost control
Preparation and filing of tenders; analyzing costings for tenders
Providing advice on contractual claims
Certifying payments to suppliers and contractors
Feasibility studies of client requests
Dispute resolution by liaising with Commercial Manager
Designing plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software
Performing site surveys
Preparing detailed work progress reports
Measuring and valuing works, compiling take-offs, and drawing up draft certificates of payment using technology provided by the Company
Understanding the implications of health and safety laws and regulations
Assisting general Contract Management
Compiling and submitting variations and assisting with commercial issues
Organizing project documentation.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and good written Turkish and English is required.
Minimum of bachelors degree in surveying,geomatics,geospatial sciences, geophysics,or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 4 years experience on similar projects
