You will be the first point of contact greeting patients, carrying out spinal checks and supporting the consultants by keeping their diaries full with appointments. Someone who understands the importance of strict sanitization procedures in a clinic environment and use of PPE is preferred. This role is suited to someone who has a work permit already and from a nursing background.

Our clinic is situated in the heart of San Giljan and is very busy therefore you will need to have had experience of this type of work previously as we are looking for someone who will hit the ground running and can multitask easily.

Hours: Monday to Thursday with some morning and some evenings. To be finalised with the Chiropactic Consultant directly.

Use of CRM’s, online calendars and ability to deal with all our social media channels and convert inquiries into appointments is a must.

Qualifications

Excellent/fluent skills in English, verbal and written are essential. Maltese is also preferred.
