Carisma Spa & Wellness is looking for a Personal Assistant to work with Directors on various tasks.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing general office administration
Coordinating appointments and meetings
Coordinating international travel
Purchasing office supplies
Assisting with various forms
Handling preparations for Board meetings
Minute-taking for Management meetings
Assisting Directors with specific administrative matters
Email correspondence
Qualifications
If you have a minimum of 3 years of working experience within the secretarial or personal assistant sector, then this one’s for you! A bachelor’s degree or equivalent would be considered an asset.
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
