IT Support & Customer Executive

We are looking for a professional, outgoing and organised individual to join our front-desk team.
Your job will consist of dealing with client requests, selling I.T related services whilst handling telephone calls and offering the customer a fantastic overall experience!
You will work with a small team of 8, very special individuals. Multicultural, efficient Tech-hungry humans capable of the most demanding tasks. They present a perfect mix of Customer-Oriented and Focus-Driven people ready to meet, match and exceed expectations, time and time again and you will be part of that!

Our working hours are 0930-1830Hrs (1hr break) and Saturday from 0900-1300Hrs
Wage structure commensurate to experience and credentials.

Qualifications
Requirements:
-Customer handling experience
-IT Support experience, qualifications or a similar Customer Care related job in the past
-Your English needs to be fluent, well spoken and clear.
Assets:
-Good technical approach
-Maltese and/or Italian.
-Sales experience, qualifications or similar Sales related job in the past
