Data Inputting Administrator

Job overview and essential functions:
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible to:
• You will be responsible for the administration of the site diary. This includes accurate inputting of all incoming and outgoing waste.
• Complete all reports as is required.
• Build up required data and ensure all data is inputted correctly for the yearly ERA report.
• Ensure that deadlines are met and reports required are compiled on time.
• Keep updated records of customer’s waste streams, and any other reports that the company would require for any waste movement.
• Prepare destruction certificates for companies when required ensuring that data presented is accurate and can be backed up with the necessary documents.
• Attend meetings when necessary.
• Take calls and messages accurately and ensure information is passed on to the relevant person.
• Sort and ensure all work documents are filed as required.
• Assist auditors in yearly audits by providing the required data.
• Provide accurate information and reports to the accounts personnel when information is required for invoicing/ data purposes.
• Follow up and communicate with the company employees for any missing data on the daily job documents.
• Work with the logistics manager to prepare daily jobs sheets on the new system in the absence of the manager or when required
• Train new employees on the use of the IPADS
• Ensure all data inputted in the IPADS is correct and assist personnel that are having difficulty by providing feedback and training when required.
• Assist office personnel in the daily duties when employees are on leave or sick.
Coordinate and communicate daily with the Operations Manager, Site Manager/ supervisors and office personal and help them with any tasks required for the day.

The Role of Data inputting Administrator requires the individual to have excellent communication and people skills whilst maintaining a can-do attitude.
Training will be provided however candidates must have a good knowledge of Excel and word applications.

Qualifications

Minimum A level Standard in English , Mathematics ,And Maltese
ESDL pass in Excel , word and Email
Can compile basic reports as is required
Good telephone and communication Skills
Preferably a minimum of one year working in an office environment .

Candidates applying for this position must be residing in Malta or have a valid work permit and residence card .
