Accounts Clerk
Swan Laundry and Dry Cleaning Company Limited
We are looking for a determined individual to join our Finance team as a Finance Clerk!
Reporting to the Finance Manager the main duties will include:
• Carry out the posting of expense invoices, payments and receipts.
• Issuing Customer Invoices
• Liaise with customers on settlement of invoices and queries.
• Supplier reconciliations, payments and following up on any queries.
• Handling day-to-day operational requirements within the Accounts department such as emails, calls and other duties as may be assigned by the Finance Manager.
• Coordinating petty cash payments
• Assist the Accounts Department as needed
• Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Familiar and efficient with use of computer office applications.
• Highly organized, attentive to detail and responsible
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues accordingly.
• Accounts O'Level
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in Navision will be considered an asset
