AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR IS REQUIRED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING FRONT OFFICE AREA; MANAGING PHONE CALLS; GREETING AND DIRECTING VISITORS ACCORDINGLY WHEN VISITING THE OFFICE; STOCK CONTROL; MONITORING OFFICE SUPPLIES; TAKING CARE OF CORRESPONDENCE; TAKING CARE OF FILING; OFFERING ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT; ORGANISING COURIER PACKAGES AND POST (INWARD AND OUTWARD); KEEPING RECORDS OF PACKAGES AND POST; BOOKING AND ORGANISING TRAVEL, CONFERENCES, HOTEL BOOKINGS; ASSISTANCE TO COLLEAGUES IN AD HOC TASKS

- MINIMUM 3 YEARS MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE;
