Act as the first line of support for all internal system difficulties pertaining to company applications, that users come across. Ensure a good standard of data quality across ERP system. Assists with system process enhancements which may also include minor development within the ERP system.

Qualifications

Diploma level of education in IT.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Competent user of Microsoft Office applications
Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SSRS and Excel power query
Advanced knowledge in C# and ASP.NET
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in Acumatica ERP will be considered an asset.
Knowledge in other programming languages is considered an asset.
