As a Computer technician, your duties will include troubleshooting and repair of various hardware components ranging from computers, laptops, printers and UPS units, maintenance and general support of desktop equipment, troubleshooting of clients’ systems and supporting customers with any IT issues they may have on their desktop equipment
The ideal person should have:
• Minimum of two-year experience in IT support
• Knowledge of Microsoft products MS Windows, MS Office, Office 365 and anti-virus and security products
• Basic understanding of WLAN technology and network systems
• Good command of written and spoken English
• High attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Sound knowledge of hardware components and desktop equipment and more importantly LAPTOPS
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take ownership of a problem from start to finish
• A strong ability to understand the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience
• Previous work experience with an IT company both locally and overseas
