CAS is a leading firm in the H.V.A.C. (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) industry in Malta. The Company has been founded in 1996 as one of the leading local firms, offering value and quality to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.

Due to ongoing growth in our company, we are seeking to recruit another Sales Representative on a full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidates will,
• Be in charge of the company’s showroom;
• Guide the customer in the ultimate experience from a product point of view to an impeccable service with a smile;
• Assist customers in finding the products they’re looking for;
• Be resourceful and maintain a strong ambition to succeed;
• Be able to work on his /her own initiative in a fast-paced work environment;
• Be in charge of sales enquiries by handling a combination of networking channels such as phone calls and emails;
• Maintain a good relationship with existing customers whilst also creating new relationships in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors;
• He /she will work closely with new prospects and existing clients to provide responsive and professional service;
• Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Able to work on a full-time basis: Monday to Friday 09:30 – 18:00 (Daily);
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English;
• A good standard of education and be computer literate;
• Be smart, mature, self-motivated and dedicated;
• Be confident and able to answer customers’ queries about products, prices, and availability.
• Have a can-do attitude and strong work ethic;
• Although training will be given to the chosen candidate, previous sales experience and fluency in SAGE will be considered an asset.
