Duties & Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome guests when entering office
2. Direct visitors to appropriate persons / offices
3. Answering telephone and diverting to necessary persons
4. Receive, sort and mail daily postage
5. Assemble and distribute documents and manuals
6. Perform clerical duties such as filing / photocopies
7. Arrange travel/ accommodation and bookings
8. Maintain office inventory and keep reception area clean
9. Health and safety basic day to day upkeep
