At AB Projects Ltd, we are importers of office supplies.
We are looking for an office administrator to assist in the clerical and operational tasks of the company. The main responsibilities include:
• Processing orders via email or phone
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - English and Maltese
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
