Process Leader

Playmobil Malta is looking to recruit a Process Leader to join their team within their Operations department on a full-time basis. At this time opportunities namely exist in the Injection Hall and with the Servicing Team, which is currently overseen directly by the COO. Different selection exercises will take place for these.
Job Role:
The role of a Process Leader is an overall Company one and Process Leaders will need to serve according to where they are deployed. Whilst the vacant posts currently are on a 3-shift or Day work basis, the selected candidates may be asked to work on any recognized work pattern if/when the need arises.
Qualifications
Applicants for the post should possess:
Good leadership, management, and communication skills. Experience, in and out of the workplace, in managing people is considered an asset. Certified training related to people management is desired;
A relevant technical certification. That related to the processes one will be overlooking is desired;
Good command of the English language both in the written and spoken form;
Good knowledge of production application software and MS Office applications;
The ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines;
The ability to work in a team and motivate team-mates;
Good problem-solving skills and ability to make quick and right decisions;
Good planning and organizational skills
