IT Support Technician (Italian Speaking)

We are looking for an IT Support responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications and timelines.
You will provide remote technical support to our customers.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of the industry’s processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Establish the correct order of priority when more problems overlap.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Compile reports of reported and resolved events.
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures

Candidates must be prepared to work shifts dispense over seven days, two days off.

Qualifications

Requirements and skills
• Proven working experience as an IT Support or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks and network administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian skills are mandatory, and knowledge of Spanish is appreciated
